Welcome Agent (H/F) Saison Eté 26

As a Welcome Agent, you will act as an ambassador for the hotel by creating a positive first impression for guests upon arrival. Your responsibilities will include filtering arrivals at the hotel, notifying Guest Services, providing guidance and information to guests, and maintaining professionalism while working closely with all departments.

Responsibilities

• Positioned at the hotel entrance, acting as a liaison with the Guest Services team located on the hotel forecourt.
• Create a sense of arrival for resident and non-resident guests by welcoming them to the hotel.
• Filter arrivals at the hotel and notify Guest Services.
• Act as an ambassador for the hotel, displaying a great sense of style and integrity.
• Be friendly, courteous, and professional in all dealings with guests and employees.
• Communicate necessary information or requests to all support departments.
• Work harmoniously and professionally with all colleagues.

Skills & Qualifications

• Front Desk experience in luxury hospitality operations
• Natural talent for ensuring our guests feel at home
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Exceptional eye for detail
• Fluency in French and English
• Knowledge of Opera PMS

Experience

• Seasonal contract starting in summer 2026
• Legal right to work in France at the time of application
