Shift Supervisor

The Shift Supervisor supports the CVS Store Management team in driving store execution and performance while building consumer loyalty through excellent customer service. When there is no manager or Operations Supervisor onsite, the Shift Supervisor leads the store staff and ensures smooth operations during opening and closing procedures.

Responsibilities

• Effectively communicate information both to and from store management and crews.
• Supervise the store's crew through assigning, directing, and following up on all activities.
• Ensure that store operations run smoothly during opening and closing procedures.
• Assist customers with their questions, problems, and complaints while promoting a positive shopping experience for all CVS customers.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality according to company policy.

Skills & Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability and analytical skills
• Advanced communication skills
• Supervision skills
• Computer literacy
• Flexibility to work various hours including early mornings, overnight shifts, weekends as well as overtime when needed.

Experience

• $16.50-$24.00 hourly wage range
• Experience as a retail supervisor (preferred)

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
