Senior Manager, Data Center Facilities Engineering

This role serves as the engineering lead between data center partners and the Data Center Operations teams. It involves managing data center critical systems, reviewing engineering plans globally and regionally, and acting as the main point of escalation for engineering issues.

Responsibilities

• Be a part of our organization supporting hyperscale distributed infrastructure for the cloud.
• Provide leadership, direction, and operational excellence.
• Work at a global level with peers to achieve consistency and avoid site variability.
• Establish and develop a team to execute to requirements.
• Grow the team by recruiting and hiring top talent in diverse marketplaces.
• Collaborate and work effectively across internal groups and with Data Center Partners to maintain and operate data center critical systems to meet SLAs.
