Seasonal Merchandising Service Associate

This role involves providing customer service, managing merchandise resets, maintaining store cleanliness and safety, and ensuring accurate product display and pricing within Lowe's stores. The position supports both operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Provides SMART customer service through the execution of Lowe's policies/procedures.
• Builds vendor relationships to ensure merchandise resets meet specifications.
• Collaborates with Merchandising Service team/manager on project priorities/needs.
• Analyzes metrics/provides feedback on project execution/in-store service.
• Engages with customers assisting in locating,demonstrating/selecting/carrying/loading merchandise.
• Responds knowledgeably/promptly to customer/questions by guiding them through projects when needed.
• Demonstrates sincerity/appreciation toward customers.
• Communicates info about stock,special orders,application,warranty info related to Lowe’s programs.

Experience

• Preferred: 6-month Lowe’s sales floor experience
• Required: 6-month merchandising task experience(including setup/teardown displays)
• Recommended: 3-month power equipment operation experience(lifts/order pickers)

Education

• High school diploma/GED
