Seasonal: General Merchandise, Inbound (Stocking)

This seasonal role involves stocking, setting, and selling Target products. It focuses on ensuring product availability, accurate pricing, and providing excellent guest service while maintaining operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Ensure product is set, in-stock, accurately priced, and signed on the sales floor.
• Provide welcoming and helpful service to guests and team members.
• Handle cash register operations accurately.
• Scan, handle, and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including lifting or moving merchandise up to 40 pounds.
• Work both independently and with a team to meet business priorities and deliver on sales goals.

Skills & Qualifications

• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and other team members.
• Ability to learn and adapt to current technology needs.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes.
• Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot.

Experience

• Knowledge of guest service fundamentals.
• Experience in retail business fundamentals: department sales trends, inventory management, and process efficiency.
