Seasonal: General Merchandise, Inbound (Stocking)

This seasonal role involves stocking, setting, and selling Target products. It focuses on ensuring product availability, accurate pricing, and providing excellent guest service while operating efficiently within a dynamic retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Stocking, setting, and selling Target products
• Ensuring product is in stock, accurately priced, and displayed properly
• Providing welcoming and helpful service to guests and team members
• Resolving guest questions quickly on the spot
• Learning and adapting to current technology needs
• Working both independently and with a team

Skills & Qualifications

• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and other team members
• Ability to learn and adapt to current technology needs
• Attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes
• Ability to climb up and down ladders
• Efficient handling of merchandise scanning, movement, and safety procedures

Experience

• $15.00 USD per hour starting hourly rate
• Flexible work schedule (nights, weekends, holidays)
