As a Customer Service Associate at Lowe's, you will welcome customers to Lowe's and help them find the right products/services for their home improvement needs. You will interact with customers throughout the day helping them find/select products while ensuring all customer needs are met.
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers to Lowe's answer questions deliver friendly/professional customer service.
- Assist customers with locating/handling merchandise down stock merchandise by looking for empty areas on shelves replenishing supplies process orders/deliveries accurately so customers receive merchandise as expected/on time cross functionally train in other areas of the store prepare merchandise in your department based on customer needs guide customers through shopping/checkout complete other duties as assigned
Skills & Qualifications
- 6 Months Experience using a computer including inputting accessing modifying/outputting information 6 Months Experience using common retail technology such as smartphones/tablets Reading writing performing basic arithmetic (addition/subtraction) Able to perform duties that may require prolonged standing sitting other activities necessary to perform job duties Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with/accommodation
