Responsibilities

• Executing receiving and merchandising standards
• Ensuring associates process efficiently and effectively
• Engaging and interacting with all customers to maintain a clean and organized store
• Creating a positive internal and external customer experience
• Promoting a culture of honesty and integrity; maintaining confidentiality
• Orchestrating truck delivery, prioritizing the processing of merchandise onto the sales floor
• Training and mentoring associates on merchandising and processing principles
• Ensuring merchandise is properly tagged, hung, secured, and coded

Skills & Qualifications

• Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
• Capable of multi-tasking
• Able to respond appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations
• Team player, working effectively with peers and supervisors
• Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation
• Able to train others

Experience

• 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience.
