As a Product Consultant – Facets, you will make an impact by optimizing and enhancing data management, product functionality, and system performance within the Facets ecosystem. You will be a valued member of our product and engineering teams, collaborating closely with technical stakeholders, business partners, and domain experts to improve product capabilities and support key business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Lead the integration and optimization of the Facets Data Model to support efficient data processing, system enhancements, and product scalability.
- Provide expert PL/SQL technical guidance to improve database performance and streamline operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product functionality with business and market needs.
- Analyze complex datasets to inform product decisions, identify gaps, and drive continuous improvement.
- Champion innovation by recommending and implementing enhancements that elevate the Facets platform’s overall performance and usability.
Skills & Qualifications
- Extensive hands-on experience with Facets product functionality, data structures, and the Facets core data model.
- Strong proficiency in PL/SQL, with the ability to design, optimize, and troubleshoot complex database solutions.
- Demonstrated analytical skills to interpret large datasets and guide product decisions.
- Ability to work effectively within a hybrid work environment, balancing remote and onsite collaboration.
- Strong communication skills to support alignment across technical and non-technical teams.
Experience
- Experience with .NET and/or Angular frameworks.
- Prior experience working in the payer domain, bringing insights into industry needs and regulatory considerations.
- Background in product innovation, identifying opportunities for enhancements within enterprise platforms.
- Familiarity with software development best practices to ensure quality, stability, and scalability.
