As a Principal Program Manager – Data Center Infrastructure E2E, you will oversee the end-to-end delivery of OCI data center capacity from project inception to GPU handover. This involves coordinating across various internal teams and external partners to deliver complex builds that support OCI's capacity growth and long-term success.
Responsibilities
- Be the end-to-end leader responsible for shaping approaches and achieving desired outcomes through delivery.
- Orchestrate cross-functional collaboration among matrixed OCI teams including Site Acquisition, Energy, WAN, Design, EHS, Legal, Finance, Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Commissioning, Telecommunications, Security, and Operations.
- Ensure alignment of function delivery milestones with OCI capacity planning, regional launch timelines, and service availability commitments.
- Develop long-term strategies for campus master planning aligned with organizational goals for data center construction and network build projects.
- Oversee the lifecycle of complex data center development projects to ensure timely completion within budgetary limits and quality standards.
- Monitor project budgets for cost-effective resource utilization while adhering to financial constraints.
- Identify potential risks associated with project functions and devise mitigation strategies to reduce impacts on timelines/costs.
- Maintain clear communication channels with internal/external stakeholders regarding progress updates.
Regular site visits during different phases of the project lifecycle will be necessary as needed

Experience
- At least 8 years' worth program management/datacentre construction/network engineering background.
More than ten years delivering expansive infrastructural programs ideally within hyper-scale cloud environments,misssion-critical facilities,gigascale数据中心 contexts.

A bachelor’s degree obtained either through studying engineering,constuction management/project management disciplines or acquiring comparable practical experiences.
