As a Principal Program Manager – Data Center Infrastructure E2E, you will be accountable for the end-to-end delivery of OCI data center capacity, from project inception to GPU handover. This role ensures predictable, repeatable, and scalable delivery outcomes that support OCI region launches, capacity expansion, and long-term infrastructure roadmap commitments.
Responsibilities
- Be the end-to-end leader in charge of the program, from shaping the approach to achieving the desired outcomes through delivery.
- Act as the single-threaded leader orchestrating across matrixed OCI teams including Site Acquisition, Energy, WAN (Wide Area Network), Design, EHS, Legal, Finance, Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Commissioning, Telecommunications, Security, Operations.
- Monitor and ensure function delivery milestones align with OCI capacity planning, regional launch timelines, and service availability commitments.
- Develop and implement long-term strategies inclusive of campus master planning for data center construction and network build projects to align with organizational goals.
- Oversee the lifecycle of complex data center development projects ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Monitor project budgets ensuring cost-effective use of resources and adherence to financial constraints.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines and costs.
- Maintain clear communication with internal and external stakeholders providing regular updates on project status.
Skills & Qualifications
Experience
- 8 years of program management/datacenter construction or lease/network engineering experience
- 10 years of experience delivering large-scale complex infrastructure programs
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or related discipline or equivalent experience
