Lead the engineering track of our new Workforce Management deployment, including software configuration, integrations, and testing; Manage the operations of our existing solution, team members, and vendor; Implement new processes and tools, such as automated testing, to increase quality and reliability; Collaborate with product managers, engineering teams, and other departments to ensure design and implementation meet internal standards; Mentor and empower geographically dispersed team members to develop their skills and successfully deliver the work of the area.

Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering
