Provide the Global Leasing line of business with meaningful reporting & analytics for Senior Leadership, Sales Partners and support functions across the organization and firm. This role will support report development, reporting tool administration and production of recurring/ad-hoc needs to support the business.
Responsibilities
- Gather and interpret data and sources to assist with report development and presentations based on analytical findings
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop and publish intellectual capital effectively and efficiently
- Support firm quality standards through detailed fact-checking, quality control, and adherence of team standards
- Gain knowledge of data attributes and source systems to understand, communicate and articulate approach and limitations
- Support reporting tool platform with administrative functions including user access/metrics, project maintenance, size/scale review in addition to periodic upgrades and testing
Skills & Qualifications
- In-depth knowledge of business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Alteryx, and Toad
- Familiarity with various database architectures (Oracle, MySQL etc....), structured query language (SQL) and MS Office tools including advanced Excel skills
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving/troubleshooting skills along with strong organizational, oral/written communication skills and attention to detail
Experience
- 10+ Years related experience in governance oversight or business risk mitigation role, preferably in a regulated banking or equipment financing environment.
- Proven ability to work well both independently and in team-oriented environment
