The Lead Fire & Safety role involves overseeing fire safety operations across multiple sites, ensuring compliance with client requirements, and managing fire risk assessments and incident investigations.
Responsibilities
- Head Fire Safety under the guidance of client / IPC Senior Management and develop/maintain the Fire Safety Management Plan.
- Design frameworks for fire safety department operations, issue guidelines, and review/provide updates to procedures periodically.
- Conduct fire risk assessments and incorporate findings into the Fire Safety Operations Manual or Management Plan.
- Train and teach others regarding fire safety measures and identify educational needs for team development.
- Manage daily operations of fire safety, assess daily reporting, and ensure quality meets management expectations.
- Coordinate with other departments for initiation/completion of fire safety projects on sites.
- Present fire safety management performance to senior management regularly.
- Conduct campus evacuation drills effectively and act as a subject matter expert for all fire-related matters within the organization's scope of work (sites).

Experience
- Experienced professional with more than 12 years' experience specifically focused on fire safety in malls or commercial high-rises.
- At least seven years must be spent at a managerial level, ideally within central teams.
