Collaborate with the Construction team on departmental projects/sites, reporting to the designated Project Manager, supporting the team technically. Participate in comprehensive project management during both study and execution phases, ensuring highest quality standards are met while contributing towards achieving company objectives.
Responsibilities
- Assist technical support to sales teams in client relations
- Conduct technical visits to properties for data collection
- Collaborate with Design & Studies teams in developing architecture and installation projects mainly within interior fit-out offices and retail spaces
- Manage procedures' quality along with materials' quality and finishes on site
- Manage necessary resources to achieve committed project goals
- Subcontractor management, cost control, planning, economic closures with client and supplier
- Request, manage, and analyze offers from various suppliers alongside comparative analysis
- Prepare documentation throughout the project lifecycle: measurements, planning, economic control, minutes, as-built documents
Skills & Qualifications
- University degree in Architecture/Tech Architect or Engineering/Tech Engineer
Experience
- Around 5 years’ experience in similar positions within hospitality sector
- Proficiency in Office suite packages, Presto, MS-Project, AutoCAD and Revit
- Fluent English proficiency
- Autonomy, proactivity, teamwork capability, organization skills, commitment and interest in driving corporate initiatives
Education
- University degree in Architecture/Tech Architect or Engineering/Tech Engineer
