This seasonal role involves stocking, setting, and selling Target products. It requires a welcoming attitude towards guests and team members, attention to detail, and the ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Stocking, setting, and selling Target products
• Ensuring product is set, in-stock, accurately priced, and signed on the sales floor
• Providing service to guests that makes them say 'I LOVE TARGET!'
• Working efficiently and as a team to deliver for guests

Skills & Qualifications

• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and other team members
• Learn and adapt to current technology needs
• Work both independently and with a team
• Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot
• Attention to detail and follow multi-step processes

Experience

• Flexible work schedule (nights, weekends, and holidays)
• Regular attendance necessary
