Commis de salle / Barista

Assist the F&B Service Team in providing an enjoyable expertly served dining experience conforming to Four Seasons standards of excellence for quality, professionalism and friendliness. Clear tables and reset them neatly, rapidly and completely according to specification.

Responsibilities

• Transport dishes, trays and glassware from the kitchen/sommellery to the dining room and the various service stations during all periods of service, including the cleaning and clearing of the same stations.
• Carry trays correctly, clear and straighten tables.
• Know the menu and Chef's suggestions.
• Clearing and storing linen, china, silverware, glassware, drinks and food in the appropriate areas with care.

Skills & Qualifications

• Fluency in French and English

Experience

• Legal right to work in France at the time of application
• Ability to adapt to situations of high activity and specific customer relationship management
