Cake Decorator

As a Cake Decorator you will drive member service in your area to deliver to our members more of what they love for less. You will work collaboratively with other associates to ensure the total club meets the member’s expectations.

Responsibilities

• Be a Team Member: Collaborates with cross-functional teams; educates other associates on tools/tasks/resources; communicates effectively for customer service delivery.
• Be an Expert: Ensures consistency in quality/accuracy of bakery decorative designs following recipes/instructions using various decorating tools/nozzles creating decorative elements adhering to food safety standards/cold chain compliance/inventory management.
• Be a Techie: Utilizes digital tools/handheld tech for decision-making related to production/merchandise ordering/training/product quality focusing on member satisfaction while adapting to new technologies encouraging usage among colleagues.
• Be an Owner: Drives bakery performance ensuring quality/date control standards minimizing waste preparing for seasonal events impacting bakery volumes identifying member needs assisting purchases resolving concerns.
• Be a Talent Ambassador: Advocates brand values emphasizing respect/support/team orientation through interactions promoting inclusive culture fostering development/motivation

Skills & Qualifications

• Decorating skills using various tools/nozzles
• Food safety protocol adherence
• Cold chain compliance awareness
• Inventory management capabilities
• Customer interaction proficiency

Experience

• Minimum qualification: Six months’ experience in fresh production area. Must be 18 years old or older.
• Preferred qualification: Cake decorating expertise.
