As a Business Transformation Consultant specializing in IoT and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), you will develop and implement transformative business solutions for clients across various industries. This role requires strong analytical skills, industry knowledge, and the ability to lead strategic initiatives for clients seeking digital transformation.
Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive transformation recommendations to address client performance gaps, creating a PLM strategy aligned with competitive and market forces.
- Assist clients in selecting, implementing, and supporting PLM systems such as PTC Windchill, Oracle Agile, Matrix One, or Siemens UGS/Dassault to achieve expected business results.
- Identify strategic capabilities needed to create sustainable sources of competitive advantage by analyzing client performance gaps and developing targeted recommendations.
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and tailor PLM strategies that meet their business objectives.
- Leverage consulting skills, business knowledge, and packaged solution expertise to effectively integrate technology into the client's business environment.
Skills & Qualifications
- Exposure to IoT and PLM domains with hands-on experience in related technologies.
- Industry knowledge with the ability to analyze trends, market directions, player dynamics, and competitive landscapes.
- Expertise in selecting, implementing, supporting PLM systems like PTC Windchill or Oracle Agile.
- Consulting skills with proven ability to integrate packaged solutions into client environments.
Experience
- 5-7 years of experience in IoT or PLM domains with exposure to Dassault application portfolios or similar platforms.
- Ability to analyze market forces and competitive dynamics to inform business transformation strategies.
